That Landed on Ruth's Screen
Nothing is booked yet and nothing has been charged. Somebody will call or write back within one working day — usually the same afternoon if you sent it before four — to agree an exact time and tell you which fitter you will have.
Four Things Worth Doing Before You Come In
-
Work out your two courses
The two you actually play most, not the two you would like to play most. The elevation difference between them decides how much of the session goes into the lake column and how much into sea level.
-
Find the old spec sheet
If you have ever been fitted anywhere, dig it out. Even a five-year-old sheet from another shop saves us fifteen minutes of measuring and occasionally explains a problem before you have hit a ball.
-
Put a sleeve of your ball in the bag
Bay balls are good and they are not your ball. On a wedge session the difference in spin is large enough to change a recommendation.
-
Decide what you want the session to answer
One sentence is enough. "Why does my four-iron go the same distance as my five" is a better brief than "check my irons", and it changes how the ninety minutes get spent.
If You Need Us Sooner
Phone the studio during hours and say you have already sent a form. Ruth will find it on the screen while you are talking.
